Description: Our Cocoa Nibs have been produced from single estate, organically grown, grade 1, fine flavour, Trinitario cocoa beans from Gran Couva, Trinidad and Tobago, W.I. Our cocoa beans have been grown, fermented and sundried using centuries old methods. Nibs may contain minor shell matter due to minimal processing.
